Adventure Alliance (AA) is a consortium of like-minded business Partners looking to grow, create client loyalty, and increase the services and experiences for travellers to the greater Kenai Peninsula region.

One of the primary objectives of AA is for clients coming into the KP+ region to have multiple services and experiences without having to leave the AA network.

Adventure Alliance is currently open to businesses throughout the greater Kenai Peninsula region. There will be a limit to the number of AA Partners, to not overwhelm clients, and to properly leverage the collective assets and strengths of the Partners.

The program is open to:

• Kenai River and Kasilof River fishing charters
• Ocean fishing charters
• Local outfitters and recreational tour operators
• Travel planners and tourism Partners
• Outdoor industry professionals

All Partners will be vetted prior to joining AA.  This is important to understand strengths and capabilities of Partners, as well as arrive at common ground on mutual long term value.

• Receive new clients plus retain more clients with more services to offer them.
• Seamless referral and booking processes within AA, bringing more business to the Partner, and Partner a place to share/benefit from overflow with other vetted and trusted members.
• Increased efficiencies – allowing the Partner to spend more time doing what they love.

Once approved, you’ll receive your custom referral/discount Partner Code and website verbiage for promoting Kenai Adventure Cabins on your own site.

Each Partner receives a unique Partner Code (example: KENAI2526).

Your clients, or you directly:

• Enter the code when booking directly on Kenai Adventure Cabins website
• Receive 5% to 10% off KAC lodging costs
• Other discounts may apply – such as > 7 night stay, military, etc…
• Automatically get tracked under your Partner Account

This Partner Account tracking determines:

• Your count of room-nights booked and completed
• Your Partnership Tier benefits level
• Your Partnership commission payout

Booking into the Peak Season for the following year (this applies to Northern Lights & Summit partners):

• If it’s 2026 and you want to book July 1- Aug 15th of 2027, the cabins are blocked on the booking software. You will need to call the KAC Property Manager to book a blocked room over the phone. (This applies to Cabins 6, 9, 11, Sockeye, & Moose)

Partner Commissions are paid January of the following year.

You will receive a detailed payout report showing:

• Number of completed room-nights
• Revenue totals
• Commission amount earned

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Partners earn 5% referral commission on Total Room Revenue

Tier levels are evaluated on completed calendar-year room-nights::

Northern Lights (Tier 1) Partner Level Details 

• Clients Receive 10% Discount (does not apply from July 3 – Aug 9, 2026) Room Nights Stayed will still count during these dates.
• 126+ Room Nights Stayed within a Calendar Year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st) to maintain this level.  Once level is achieved the benefits apply for the following calendar year.
• Priority Booking: 5 Cabins (2, Two-Bedroom Cabins – Moose, Sockeye; 3, One-Room Cabins – #6, #9, #11 will be blocked from July 1st – August 15th until March 31st of the current year. After that they get released to Summit (Tier 2) Partners. Cabin blocks are for the Existing Year + Following Year (2 years at a time))
  • Sockeye and Cabin #11 are available for Summit (Tier 2) Partners at the same time as Northern Lights (Tier 1) Partners. 
  • If a booking is cancelled, the first right to book those dates is another Northern Lights Partner. After that it will go to Summit (Tier 2) Partners. 
• First Come First Serve for bookings among all Partners in this tier level
• The 5% Referral Commission (based on room nightly rate, excluding fees and taxes) will be paid annually in January of the following year. 
• 1st priority within AA network for multi-excursion bookings and overflow bookings
• Cross-Promotion on Social Media, Website, Email, Publications, & Other Direct Marketing/Advertising Programs, Community Events, Sporting Shows/Events

Summit (Tier 2) Partner Level Details

• Clients Receive 10% Discount Code (codes do not apply from July 3 – Aug 9, 2026) Room Nights Stayed will still count during these dates.
• 50-125 Room Nights Stayed within a Calendar Year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st) to maintain this level. Once level is achieved the benefits apply for the following calendar year.
• Priority Booking: 2 Cabins (1, Two-Bedroom Cabin – Sockeye; 1, One-Room Cabin – #11 will be blocked from July 1st – August 15th until January  31st. After that that they get released to Northern Lights (Tier 1) Partners. Cabin blocks are for the Existing Year + Following Year (2 years at a time))
  • Sockeye and Cabin #11 are available for Northern Lights (Tier 1) Partners at the same time as Summit (Tier 2) Partners. 
  • If a booking is cancelled, the first right to book is to another Northern Lights Partner.  After that it will go to Summit (Tier 2) Partners.

Trail Partner (Tier 3) Program Details

• Clients Receive 5% Discount Code (codes do not apply from July 3 – Aug 9, 2026). Room Nights Stayed will still count during these dates.
• 10-49 Room Nights Stayed within a Calendar Year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st) to maintain this level. Once level is achieved the benefits apply for the following calendar year.
• Increased selling point by having a lodging option to offer clients

Priority booking gives Northern Lights and Summit Partners early access to reserve cabins for their clients during the summer season before availability is released to the public.

This ensures:

• Your clients’ lodging is close to your launch location
• You secure lodging before peak season (July 1 – Aug 15) weeks sell out
• You have flexibility to hold room type/dates into the following year

Trail Partners (Tier 3) may have limited access during peak weeks (July 1- August 15).  Moving to Tier 2 and Tier 1 removes blackout restrictions and adds Priority Booking access

Yes, even though the 10% discount code doesn’t work during black out dates, Partners still receive credit for the # of nights their guests stay during that window.  It’s the partner’s responsibility to call KAC staff to receive credit for a booking during the black out dates.

• Promote lodging early, and to help secure clients
• When clients call you to book, immediately mention lodging at Kenai Adventure Cabins
• Position it as a seamless “Your Service + Lodging” package
• Use urgency during peak season. Encourage early booking for July/August salmon runs, and visits to the region
• Include your Partner Code everywhere (confirmation emails, booking invoices, social media, website and pre-trip planning emails)
• Aim for Tier 2 quickly.  Hitting 50+ nights removes blackout dates and unlocks commission earnings.

Yes.  All Partners are encouraged to promote lodging in order to garner more clients for your services.  Content is available for your marketing needs, and we can create new content.
