About Us

Thanksgiving holiday, 2021, as our extended family gathered for the first time in a long time, conversation turned to the great state of ALASKA and all it has to offer! We had all visited there before and some of us lived there for several years. The hunt for some land began. We purchased 13 acres outside of Soldotna and formed CFJ Ventures, LLC. CFJ is the first initial of our last names. We knew we wanted to build cabins for short and long term rentals to accomodate guests traveling to the Kenai Peninsula for the fabulous FISHING and outdoor adventures! Construction began in 2022 and we are opening July 2023.
