Yes, clean towels and linens are provided with each stay.

We have a strict NO Smoking policy in and around any of the Cabins. This includes a prohibition on smoking, vaping, marijuana, or any drugs anywhere on the property. We are committed to providing a clean and healthy environment for all our guests. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and potential eviction from the property without a refund.

All cabins are heated year round.

Nearby airports include Soldotna (SXQ – 10 minutes), and Kenai Municipal (ENA – 20 minutes).

Take Sterling Highway, with a slight right onto Kalifornsky Beach Rd. Go about 2 miles, then turn left onto Gas Well Rd. Go half a mile and take a left onto Echo Lake Rd (street sign is very small). Go about 1 mile, at the bottom of the hill turn right on Rustic Ave. (no street sign). Kenai Adventure Cabins is about a half a mile down on your left: 48561 Rustic Ave. Enter the property off Rustic Ave (not Gas Well). To reach a dry cabin take your first left after you enter the property.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Minimum age to book is 21.

There is a single parking space at each one-room cabin. There's room for 2 vehicles at each two-bedroom cabin. There is some overflow parking space available to accommodate trailers and/or boats.

Each cabin is cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. If you would like to arrange for additional cleaning during your stay contact the property managers at (907) 252-6767.

• One-room cabins: Fully furnished with linens on the bed(s).
• Two-bedroom cabins: Fully furnished, with kitchens stocked with dishes, pans, etc., and bathrooms equipped with towels.
• Base Camp: Kitchens are stocked with dishes, pans, etc., and bathrooms have towels.
